Curved stairlift installation in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Here is a recent installation of an Otolift Modul Air curved stairlift completed recently in Sheffield, South Yorkshire by our Oto specialist engineer team.

This particular staircase didn't have any room at the bottom to wrap the track around away from the bottom step and the customer didn't want a hinged track installing. The installation of the track was on the left-hand side of the staircase with a 90° Internal bend and featured a first step start at the bottom to avoid the use of a hinge. The first step start option is only available on the Oto Modul Air Curved stairlift. The customer picked brown upholstery which fit's in very nicely with the home decor.

The customer was most pleased with the results and can now enjoy using their stairlift.

The Installation took around 4 hours with minimum disruption to the staircase
