No hidden surprises, our stairlift cost with installation is fully inclusive. Our installation service is part of the cost visible here on our website - so you don't have any additional costs for installation to worry about. Also included in this price is warranty as standard which covers repairs, parts and 24 hours call out response service.

Minimum disruption

Once a staircase survey is completed by a surveyor, one our engineers will attend your property for full installation of the stairlift. Our installation engineers are fully qualified, experienced and friendly. They fully adhere to latest guidelines and safety standards when commencing installation in your property. They will work in an efficient manner and seek the most practical solution for your needs. They work in a way that leaves minimal disruption to your home - we do the majority of preparation and setting up of the stairlift in the workshop beforehand. Also, because the stairlift is fixed directly to the stair treads and not the wall, this means no unsightly structural damage to your property. Another benefit of modern stairlifts is that they simply just plug in to the nearest plug socket so you have no need for any additional electrical work prior to installation.

Neat and tidy

Once installation is completed, the engineers will, if required, vacuum the stairs to leave it all nice and tidy.

Once fully installed and the engineers have cleared up, they will then commence a full product demonstration to the user, provide an instruction manual and leave contact details for call out and repairs if required in the future.

Quick installation

Overall, the installation of a stairlift is a quicker and less disruptive process than you may think.

For our most popular straight and curved stairlifts, we generally state the following timeframes:

Straight stairlift installation takes between 1-2 hours, followed by a full product demonstration.

Curved stairlift installation takes between 3-5 hours, followed by a full product demonstration.

Once installed and the engineer has completed the demonstration, the stairlift is ready straight away to be operated by the user.
