How do I start the process of getting a stairlift installed?

Simply contact us by calling 0800 587 9505 or email: enquiries@unicornstairlifts.co.uk with your stairlift enquiry. We will ask for some general details such as your name, address and contact number.

We will then arrange a convenient time to visit your property. Surveys are usually done within 1-3 day's from registering your enquiry with us. Sometimes we can offer same day surveys.

How do I start the process of getting a stairlift installation

The purpose of a free home survey is to make sure the installation of a stairlift is suitable for your staircase and needs. We will also provide information, brochures, clear printed prices and answer any questions you may have.

The surveyor will complete an official quotation at which point you can confirm your order or call us in the future if you decide you would like to use our services.
