The Brooks 130 slimline stairlift is suitable for straight staircase installation. It's one of the slimmest stairlifts on the market, so is an ideal stairlift for narrow stairs but also suitable for variety of other staircases too.

The Brooks 130 model is the latest design and is manufactured in the UK by Brooks Stairlifts (the original British stairlift manufacturer). Built to last, it offers low maintenance and high reliability.

The Brooks 130 offers a comfortable ride along the stairs due to its quiet and smooth operation, padded vinyl upholstery and soft stop and start function. It also features simple to use directional arm and swivel controls which are placed on both sides of the stairlift for easy convenience.

The slim and compact stairlift track is tailored to fit the length of your staircase perfectly and can be installed on either the right or left hand side of the staircase.

It features a user weight capacity of up to 20 stone making it one of the most durable and sturdy stairlifts available. Built by the very first stairlift manufacturer, the Brooks 130's reputation is high and is seen as one of the most reliable stairlifts on the market thanks to it's long successful history.

No unsightly structural work: The slimline track is fitted neatly to the stairs treads (not the wall) meaning no unsightly structural work is required in your property. Installation takes between 1 - 2 hours and once complete your stairlift is ready to use straight away.

Latest safety features: The electronic and mechanical braking system controls the stairlift during your journey up and down the stairs making it smooth and safe at all times. The stairlift also features a lap harness, safety limit sensors, pressure sensors, lockable key and many other safety features.

Maintenance free DC Power packs: Like most modern day stairlifts, the Brooks 130 stairlift features battery packs which are automatically recharged at the end of every trip. This means unlike older mains driven stairlifts, the Brooks 130 is whisper quiet and incredibly smooth. The main benefit however, is if a power cut occurred the stairlift would still continue to work up and down the stairs.
