Right to cancel: 14 day's cooling off period

This consumer credit notice relates to distance buying regulations, in this case via our website or orders placed over the phone.

Consumers are entitled to a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel.

Notice of cancellation can be submitted to us by completing the "Right To Cancel" form in the below PDF link:

You must ensure this is done no later than 14 calender days after receipt of goods.

This does not include the following:

Special order; items bespoke for specification.
Stairlifts either curved or straight that have been made to measure.
