Unicorn Stairlifts Customers:

Newly installed stairlifts and stairlifts under extended warranty with Unicorn Stairlifts are fully covered for repairs and breakdowns throughout the warranty period. Repairs are highly unlikely due to the reliability of the stairlifts we supply, preparation and installation, however in the event your stairlift does require a repair then our experienced engineers are on standby to help. They are strategically situated and are backed up by an excellent spare parts facility with well stocked vans so that they can attend within 24 hours to emergency repairs (stairlift not working).

Non-Unicorn Stairlifts Customers:

If you require a repair to your stairlift but didn't purchase it from us then we may be able to help. We offer a range of repairs and maintenance services for both straight and curved stairlifts.

Our stairlift engineers are fully qualified with years of experience maintaining, repairing and servicing stairlifts. They are strategically situated and are backed up by an excellent spare parts facility available for a wide range of stairlift models including straight and curved stairlifts. 

Our engineers are polite and friendly and they will always seek the most practical and cost effective way to fix your stairlift.

Our engineers are capable of repairing the latest stairlift models as well as older models too.

We can usually have one of our dedicated stairlift engineers with you in a timely manner and for the majority of cases have your stairlift working the same day. Our standard call out charge is £125.00 plus parts if required.

Stairlift servicing only £125.00:

Does your stairlift require a stairlift service? If so, we operate a full servicing program for only £125.00. Our stairlift services are carried out by our fully qualified service engineers and they make sure that your stairlift is working correctly, reliable and in safe working order throughout.

If your stairlift can no longer be repaired and you require a replacement stairlift then we can help with that too. Our stairlift prices are fully inclusive and start from only £1,195.00. We only offer the very latest models from the best of British manufacturers. If you find that your broken stairlift does need replacing then we can usually remove it and replace it with a new one the very same day.
