Warranty As Standard

Each stairlift supplied and installed comes with warranty cover and 24 hour emergency response service as standard. The warranty starts from the day of installation and covers your stairlift for: breakdowns, repairs, part replacement and labour.

Our Warranty As Standard applies to both new and reconditioned stairlifts for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Rental stairlifts come with a continuous warranty throughout the hire period which covers parts, labour, repairs and call outs.

Breakdowns are highly unlikely due to the reliability of the stairlift models we supply, the high standard of preparation and meticulous installation. If, however, a breakdown to your stairlift does occur you can rest assured we’ll be there when you need us thanks to our large network of 24 hour response service engineers who are never too far away.

Extended Warranty

We offer extended warranty and call out service on stairlifts installed by us. The extended warranty can be purchased once the initial Warranty As Standard is nearing its end - you will receive information about this prior to the warranty expiry date.

Our extended warranty prices are very competitive without any compromise to quality of service or coverage.

We offer a 1 year and a 4 year cover that takes the worry out of call outs, replacement parts and repair bills going forward. Extending the stairlift warranty ensures that you have peace of mind for years to come.

Extending the warranty is not compulsory and we will never hard sell this product to you - we adhere to a No Pressure Sales ethos.
