Curved Stairlift Installation in Durham, County Durham

Successful curved stairlift installation completed by our stairlift engineers recently.

The installation was carried out in Durham. The stairlift installed on this staircase is a fully reconditioned Acorn 180 curved stairlift.

Installation of the track was on the right hand external side of the staircase. The track required 180° wrap start so that it would park neatly away and leave sufficient space to pass. The track then continued up to 2 x intermediate square landings.

Installation took around 4 hours with minimum disruption to the staircase.
