Stairlift Company Receives Gold Award

We are pleased to annouce that we have won the Feefo Gold Trusted Service award for a second year running. The award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Businesses meeting the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected and their average rating, receive the award. Great service from start to finish. Lynn was informative and honest and we were under no pressure to purchase. It was only 2 weeks and it was fitted. The installation chaps were friendly and efficient. Everything was explained regarding usage in detail. If you are think you might require a stair lift call Unicorn first. Fabulous company.

Easy to deal with and the initial visit was friendly, not pressured, and more knowledgeable than others. Got the product I wanted after discussing options. Price of the reconditioned stairlift was competitive. Fitter arrived promptly and no fuss fitting. Full demonstration and try out before I left. Have used the stairlift for several weeks and very pleased. Easy to fold against the wall for normal stair access. Queries after fitting answered promptly.

From getting our quote to being fitted (2 days later!) The team were very friendly and professional. They adhered to covid restrictions above and beyond. After fitting the stairlift, the young man even sanitised the stairlift before leaving. I would highly recommend Unicorn..well done!!
