Excellent friendly service with no pressure to buy right from my initial enquiry through to placing an order. A very clean reconditioned stairlift was delivered and fitted a few days after ordering by a friendly very competent technician. Everything has worked perfectly from the moment the installation was handed over with a demonstration and of course an owner's handbook.i highly recommend this company.

I purchased reconditioned stairlift from Unicorn and am very pleased I did. From our first telephone consultation to the fitting the service was first class. I can find absolutely nothing to fault and I would highly recommend them to anybody. The actual installation was carried out efficiently and professionally by a very polite and well mannered young man. He took time to demonstrate the stairlift and left me feeling confident with the product.

Very efficient. From contacting them to being fitted it was all done with in a week. Everyone I dealt with was great,especially the man the who fitted the stair lift. Very Good price for a great product. Can't recommend them enough.
