We know however at this time some people are worried about having home visits due to Coronavirus. So the good news is that we can now offer virtual surveys and quotes via video call.

Following the virtual survey, we can post or e-mail you an official quote straight away.

If you decide to confirm an order but are worried about the installation of the stairlift then please rest assured we take all necessary precautions. In a lot of recent stairlift installations during the Coronavirus pandemic, the user of the stairlift sits in a different room whilst we install the stairlift. Once complete everything is cleaned down, no paper work to sign. The demonstration can be done at a 2 metre distance, or over the phone or we can provide a video link.

"We decided to upgrade our stairlift to the latest new carriage, Luke came and installed this for us. Luke has been to our house before so we know him and his quality of work. He finished the installation on our curved track and then programmed the Machine to operate at the optimum speed and safety. It all went superbly well and Luke cleaned and disinfected every aspect of the installation - including the instruction manual! After demonstrating the machine and ensuring we were happy with it, Luke left and even wiped the door knob with disinfectant on leaving.
