We decided to upgrade our stairlift to the latest new carriage, Luke came and installed this for us. Luke has been to our house before so we know him and his quality of work. He finished the installation on our curved track and then programmed the Machine to operate at the optimum speed and safety. It all went superbly well and Luke cleaned and disinfected every aspect of the installation - including the instruction manual! After demonstrating the machine and ensuring we were happy with it, Luke left and even wiped the door knob with disinfectant on leaving. He also was kind enough to ask us, as two older vulnerable people if we needed anything from the local shops in this time of lockdown as he would happily go and get it for us. We can’t praise Luke and Unicorn Stairlifts enough - why go anywhere else!
