"From start to finish , unicorn stairlifts exceeded all expectations. From their ‘down to earth ‘and friendly fella who came out to measure up ( turned up the same day I called )right to the friendly chap who actually fitted the stairlift ( within a handful of days ), .. I’ll also add on here , because I know that some people are a bit wary of inviting a ‘ representative of a company ie:salesman’ into their home , that in no way whatsoever are you felt pushed into buying anything, they are there to measure up and give you a price, which is probably lower than you think it might have been .. and I speak from experience, I used to sell double glazing, so I know about the jargon and rip offs. You will know when the time is right for you to buy a stairlift, and it’s usually a very quick decision because of a loved one falling .. please don’t hesitate to use this company. The stairlift we purchased was to enable our much loved elderly mother to stay as independent as possible, in her own home .. having it fitted has taken the worry from us .. and she absolutely loves her new toy!! This company don’t get five star reviews ( repeatedly) for nothing . Go for it ."
