Stairlift Installation:

We offer stairlifts for straight and curved staircases to purchase either brand new or reconditioned. When you purchase a stairlift from Unicorn Stairlifts, the price is fully inclusive of survey, delivery, installation, warranty and 24 hour response.

We supply and install the latest models from the very best stairlift manufactures such as Stannah, Acorn, Oto, Brooks and Bespoke Stairlifts.

Stairlift Rental:

We offer stairlifts to hire for both straight and curved staircases – we are one of only a limited number of companies in the north of England offering curved stairlifts for hire.

Stairlift Warranty:

12 months warranty as standard (unless otherwise stated or on special offer) on all stairlift purchases either new or reconditioned. The warranty starts from the day of installation and covers call-outs, labour and parts.

Warranty when renting a stairlift from Unicorn Stairlifts, is continuous throughout the time you hire the stairlift from us. This warranty covers call-outs, labour and parts.

• Brand New: Straight and Curved stairlifts – 12 months warranty cover
• Reconditioned: Straight and Curved stairlifts – 12 months warranty cover
• Rental: Curved and Straight stairlifts – Continuous warranty throughout

Extended Warranty:

Existing Customers:
On purchased stairlifts, the warranty can be extended once the initial warranty as standard is nearing its end. We offer 2 options: 1 year and 4 year cover, for more details click here: Extended Stairlift Warranty

Non-Unicorn Stairlifts Customers:
We don't offer warranty packages to non-Unicorn Stairlifts customers however if you do have a call out or problem then we maybe able to help. Our standard call out charge is £125.00. For more information, please click here: Stairlift Repairs

Stairlift Buy Backs:

Existing Customers:
If you’re an exsisting Unicorn Stairlifts Ltd customer and your stairlift is no longer required, please give us a call regarding what we can offer. Buy back value is dependent on how long the stairlift has been installed.

Non-Unicorn Stairlifts Customers:
We currently consider to the following makes and models from customers who have purchased stairlifts from other suppliers: Acorn 180 Curved Stairlift | Brooks 180 Curved Stairlift | Acorn 130 Stairlift | Brooks 130 Stairlift | Oto Modul-Air Stairlift
